Ellman Surgitron Mole Removal

Before and After 1 Treatment
(The above patients were treated by Robert T. Motazedi, M.D.)

Dr. Robert T. Motazedi, M.D. has been removing cancerous and benign moles for more than 20 years.  Patients are first evaluated by Dr. Bob to determine what type of lesion they have, and a treatment plan is devised.  Suspicious growths are sent to pathology to determine if they have any cancerous components.  After results are received, the proper treatment will be selected eradicate the lesion.

Dr. Bob has been using a device called the Ellman Surgitron to give patients the best cosmetic effect possible.  The Ellman uses a radio frequency wave to remove the diseased tissue thereby sparing surrounding normal cells.  Some precancerous and benign lesions can be treated using a CO2 resurfacing laser.  The CO2 is the preferred method when treating actinic keratosis and seborrheas.

If you have a raised mole or lesion and wish to schedule a consultation, please call us at 719-596-4000.  The consultation fee for mole evaluation is $75.
